Advisor Spotlight  • Charlotte Christian 

Congratulations to Charlotte Christian for her tremendous growth in the real estate industry after leaving a very successful career working in the government relations field in 2006.

A graduate of the Atlanta Realtor Association Leadership Program, Charlotte has taken an active role in the Atlanta community, serving on the Boards of several community organizations, such as The The Junior League of Atlanta and the Historic Oakland Foundation. She also serves in leadership positions on the National level (National Board of Managers, Colonial Dames of America) and International level (The Order of St John).

Charlotte has earned a reputation as a real estate professional who combines a knowledge of the history of Atlanta’s neighborhoods with advanced technology and customer service to ensure her clients’ real estate transactions are timely, successful and profitable.

Advisor Spotlight • Juan Jaramillo

Congratulations to Juan Jaramillo for his exemplary discipline and passion for providing the best service possible for his clients! Juan was born in Armenia, Colombia in the heart of the coffee producing region and holds both Colombian and American citizenship. With over ten years real estate sales experience and licensed in Georgia since 2014, his career has flourished and in 2017, he was awarded The Integrity Award for Engel & Völkers Intown Atlanta.

Juan volunteers to work with the Summer Games of Special Olympics Georgia every year, serves as a volunteer coordinator for Habitat for Humanity, and has been a house captain for Virginia Highland Tour of Homes for several years.
As a result of his world travels, he developed a love for architecture, and is currently in the process ofopening a boutique hotel in Bacalar, the Riveria Maya.

Also, Ashlee is always quick to involve herself with our Habitat for Humanity build in the Fall and participates during the Summer Games of Special Olympics Georgia, held at Emory University each Spring.

In addition, special accolades to Ken with regards to his exceptional efforts to raise money for the Atlanta Alzheimer’s Association! Last year he raised in excess of $173,000 through his efforts associated with the “2017 Dancing Stars” fundraiser, and this past weekend he capped off another highly-successful drive and brought in an additional $105,000+ for the Atlanta Alzheimer’s Association!

Congratulations to Mandi Robertson and Michael Gaddy for their focus on giving their clients an

Soon to be married, this professional couple team together to provide an attention to detail which can only be rivaled by a few,
fellow, Engel & Völkers Advisors. Reviews given by past and present clients further define their remarkable
business skills. In addition to their keen business acumen, is their philanthropic side. Each winter, they organize a
Coat Drive that results in hundreds of coats, sweaters, gloves and hats to descend upon our 1411 North Highland office.

They are also one of the first to volunteer to participate with our group for our Habitat for Humanity build in the Fall,
and the Special Olympics Georgia Summer Games held every May at Emory University!
